Facilitators
Our experienced facilitators are qualified and trained to deliver your course from an evidenced-based perspective drawing from approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT and MI. Our facilitators will guide you through a series of engaging and interactive activities, including mindfulness practices, communication exercises, and leadership simulations. You'll also have the opportunity to connect with other corporate leaders, share your experiences, and build a supportive community.
Course Content
This six-week wellbeing course is designed to support corporate leaders in cultivating emotional regulation, stress management, and resilience.
Participants will learn evidence-based tools and techniques that can be integrated into their daily lives to enhance their emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing.
The peer group format creates a safe and supportive environment for leaders to share their experiences, learn from each other, and receive guidance and support from a qualified and experienced therapist.
Courses are capped at 6 participants and delivered by a secure online platform.
