The Working Mind
— an evidence-based, workplace-focused mental health training program — to organisations and teams across Australia.
Our mission is to equip employees and leaders with the awareness, skills and confidence to support mental health, reduce stigma, and foster a culture of psychological safety at work.
What is The Working Mind (TWM)?
The Working Mind is an evidence‑based workplace mental health program designed to strengthen mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and build psychologically safe and supportive workplace cultures.
Originally developed by the Mental Health Commission of Canada (Opening Minds), The Working Mind is internationally recognised and has been delivered to thousands of employees and leaders across a wide range of industries. The program is being introduced to Australia from 2026, with local adaptation for Australian workplaces.
At The Wellbeing Campus, The Working Mind is offered as a proactive, upstream approach to workplace mental health, supporting people early, strengthening resilience, and normalising safe conversations about mental health at work
